1. Orders and Payments

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.  Once submitted, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

2. Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. We are not responsible for delays, lost, or mis-delivered packages resulting from carrier error or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

3. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products- primarily for babies and children- all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted. Please contact us with any concerns prior to purchase.

4. Product Information

We make every effort to display product details accurately. Slight variations in color or pattern may occur to due to the handmade nature of our items.

5. Privacy

Personal information collected during checkout is used solely for ordering processing and fulfillment, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
